Yes. When an invoice is shown to you for review, you can correct the supplier, dates, totals and individual line items before saving.
No. Involiqo shows you your cash and costs day to day. Your accountant still prepares your accounts and tax returns, and you can export your transactions and invoice lines for them as CSV.
No. Supplier invoices are read from photos and PDFs, and you add takings and other payments yourself in a few taps. On the Business plan, regular payments such as rent can be set up once as recurring entries. You can export your data as CSV at any time, for example for your accountant.
Yes. Involiqo stores individual invoice line items so you can review price, quantity, supplier and spending movement over time.
Yes, on the Business plan. It includes up to five members, including the owner, so you can invite a manager or your accountant. They join by invitation and do not need their own subscription. Starter is for one person. Staff who only appear on the rota do not need a login.
Yes. Starter, Business and Multi-site all include the full rota at no extra cost: weekly scheduling and templates, availability, leave, shift swaps, attendance, labour costs and payroll preparation. Owners, admins and managers run the rota; your staff do not need their own logins.
No. Starter and Business include a 14-day trial without a payment method. You can subscribe from the workspace before the trial ends.
Choose a plan from your workspace to keep working. If you do not subscribe, your workspace becomes read-only: your data stays available to view, but you cannot add or change anything until you choose a plan.
No. Displayed subscription prices exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated at checkout from the billing and tax information provided.
Ordinary subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your workspace data remains private and can still be exported. If you instead request permanent workspace deletion after exporting, we cancel any active subscription immediately before deleting the workspace. Unused prepaid time and pending invoices are reviewed individually; no refund is automatic.
Yes. Owners and admins can export transactions and invoice line items as CSV at any time, and rota records can be exported too.
